About This Program
Autism Works helps autistic youth and young adults build the employment skills they need to enter the workforce with confidence. Through career exploration, job-readiness education, résumé development, interview preparation, and connections to workforce resources, we open doors to real opportunities.
Who We Serve
Autistic youth and young adults, ages 14–25, who are preparing to enter the workforce or explore vocational training and career pathways.
How to Get Involved
Enroll a young person in our Autism Works cohort, partner with us as an employer, or volunteer as a career mentor.
