About This Program
Our Family Support & Resource Navigation program helps autistic individuals and their families identify and connect with community resources, benefits, educational supports, healthcare services, basic-needs assistance, and other programs based on their individual needs. We meet families where they are and help them find the right path forward.

Autistic individuals and their families who need help navigating community resources, benefits, educational systems, healthcare, and basic-needs assistance — at any stage of their autism journey.
